We have a unique opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive Executive Assistant to provide outstanding administrative and business support to a senior executive within our Buildings & Places Team.
Success in this role will be achieved principally by managing time effectively and the time of the executive to ensure that the important things get done! This role will see you providing general administrative support to your key stakeholders including the facilitation of meetings, travel and other events with both AECOM staff and external clients and stakeholders. This facilitation will require you to develop a good understanding of what is important to the leadership team and the business.
8+ years’ experience providing high level administrative support at the executive level;
Experience working in a fast-paced, close-knit environment;
Event organisation experience – highly desirable;
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential;
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite;
You will take pride in your commitment to providing a professional approach, whilst maintaining the ability to have fun! You relish your role as key liaison and confidante, always staying one step ahead
