AECOM Civil Infrastructure Digital Engineering Manager in Auckland, New Zealand

Job Summary

The Role

Put your innovative thinking, technical excellence and business skills into high gear.

As our Digital Engineering Leader, you will be an integral part of the strategic and operational decisions across the Civil Infrastructure (Rail, Highways, Water) business.

You will also work with peers from around the world to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our digital delivery systems and processes.

We are looking for an individual whom has demonstrated significant leadership in transforming teams and projects from traditional design processes to digital engineering delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience leading change and taking others on the journey.

Minimum Requirements

About You

  • 15+ years relevant experience with a tertiary qualifications in engineering, design or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.

  • Strong Group Leader with excellent interpersonal skills, who is able to work with and support staff.

  • Client focused (both internal and external clients).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of current Digital Engineering software solutions such as Revit, Civil 3D, 12D, Forge Platform, Navisworks, ArcGIS.

  • Knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Projectwise, 360 Docs, Aconex, C4R etc.

  • Understanding of BIM processes and standards (e.g. BS1192, PAS1192 suite)

  • Knowledge of integration between Asset Management Systems, BIM, and GIS.

  • Knowledge of VR and AR technologies
