AECOM Integrated Project Planner in Alice Springs, Australia

Job Summary

The Integrator is a member of the Integration and Coordination team, in Engineering. They plan, schedule, document and coordinate the activities of the Engineering team with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) as well as Projects and Construction (P&C) personnel.

The Integrators role within the engineering team I to ensure the seamless integration of new systems and infrastructure into the facilities baseline. The Integrator ensures that not only do new system and infrastructure perform as intended but that the necessary documentation to facilitate that integration is in place. They are the initial point of contact for all inquiries for changes to the facilities baseline and ensure that all stakeholder requirements are addressed and communicated.

Minimum Requirements

Good understanding of facilities operations and maintenance practices and basic engineering processes.

Ability to read and interpret designs, diagrams, and schematics.

Demonstrated ability to translate design drawings into operational integration checklists.

Ability to translate designs, diagrams, schematics and/or vendor documentation into Standard Operating Procedures, Methods of Procedure, Emergency Response Procedures, and Preventative Maintenance Plans.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Strong team collaboration and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated planning and organizations skills including the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines.

Uphold the Code of Conduct and adhere to Program ad Company policies.

Experience with SAP is desirable.

Experience with MS Project and/or task scheduling is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in a relevant field with 5 years experience in construction and/or facilities operations and maintenance.

Current drivers’ license.
